3. Archery(射) – “Strength, Focus, and Virtue”
Activity: Kung Fu & Archery-Inspired Movement Workshop
Building on the Confucian value of 射 — mastery of both body and mind — this session introduces participants to traditional Chinese martial arts (Kung Fu) emphasizing balance, focus, and discipline. Participants will learn basic stances, breathing control, and mindful movement, reflecting the spirit of ceremonial archery where self-cultivation was more important than the target itself.

4. Charioteering(御) – “Control and Leadership”
Activity: Chinese Chess and Mahjong Strategy Workshop
Adapting the concept of 御 — mastery, coordination, and wise command — this activity uses Chinese Chess (象棋) and Mahjong (麻將) to cultivate strategic thinking and composure. Participants will learn game fundamentals and explore how these traditional pastimes reflect leadership, patience, and decision-making — skills essential for guiding oneself and others with clarity and balance.

5. Calligraphy(書) – “The Art of Expression and Cultivation”
Activity: Brush Calligraphy Workshop
In this hands-on session, participants learn to write basic Chinese characters using brush and ink, understanding the rhythm, structure, and meditative quality of calligraphy. The workshop emphasizes how practicing 書 cultivates patience, focus, and aesthetic appreciation.
